P2 Viewer Lock-up

My P2 Viewer software locks up when I select any thumbnail.

Any ideas?

Try rebooting or reinstalling.

I finally got mine to view again but then the video was jerky and hesitant, or only showed one image every five seconds. Then without my doing anything else, it just started working great! Smooth, clean video.

Unless your computer is meets the requirements for viewing HD material, 1080i clips will not play properly.

Try shooting in 480/720 and see if they play..

I bet you have an older PC (like me).. :-)
