P2 viewer crash, help needed

I've used the P2 viewer for my first recording. Worked for both the two slots and also for the downloaded folders, as virtual cards.

Now I've reformatted the cards, recorded more stuff and inserted them back into the pc laptop (xp pro). But the p2 viewer crashes when looking for the clips. What do I need to do to launch it? (have enabled the drives, files already transferred to fat32 formatted fw400 drive and onwards to other disc)...
