What does a film out to 35mm cost these days?

I just read a book that's a few years old about Hi Def and 24p videography and he said it would cost around a thousand dollars a minute to burn a high quality print from Hi Def. That book was written several years ago.

What is the going rate these days? Anyone have an idea?
