Hey guys and gals,

I know I'm gonna get in trouble for this, but I hope someone can just give me a straight answer. I'm thinking about getting a mini35 adapter for my DVX100A:

1. How much are they and where is the best place to purchase.
2. What is the deal with the homemade mini35 adapater? Is there a person who everyone goes to get one from, if they have shallow pockets ;)?
3. Is there any other way to achieve a 35mm look without sacraficing too much quality?

Any help other than "check the forums" would be a great! Thanks!

1- Different prices, from 200-8000. Best place to purchase? its up to you, but theres to many, here, check this out :http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?t=52508

2- Go to the "DIY" section, and you'll find all the information you need about Homemade Adapters.

Even though I dont own the letus35 I just shot and lit some intererior living room and night time rooftop scenes for Jack Daniel Stanley's Hero fest entry and the footage look super amazing from what I hear. I havnt seen the final footage yet but look out for it in the hero fest. For a cheap adapter I think this footage may lean you toward it but most of the look is in the lighting and post work. I purchased the Brevis35 and will have footage after its approved by the maker since im a beta user to show.
