How can I deinterlace footage without losing quality? Is it better for me to leave the video shot in 24p as is or will I get a better look by de-interlacing? Also is there a way that I can deinterlace the entire 1hr project without having to go through each clip?

My film is pretty musch complete without the score.

Also I'm sending it off and I want the footage to look as best as possible. Any tips to get the best image would be apprecited.

If you shot in 24p, you do not need to deinterlace. Your footage is not interlaced. It does have pulldown, but your NLE is removing that.
