Does premiere 1.5 export video at a smaller screen resolution (or size) by default? whever I play my clips back on wmp or realONE they seem smaller that 720x480. If it doesn't, is there a way to export uncompressed with a larger screen size or resolution?

Well, you may have your wmp or real player settings wrong. I know that under 'view' of wmp, you can select - 50%, 100%, or 200% view. Also, you might have fit video to player size on start. Basically when ever size your wmp is expanded to, will be the viewing size of your video. I don't use realplayer, but I'm sure some things are the same.
Hope that helps.

Nope, with any of the DV presets, your default output will always be 720x480, with the correct pixel aspect ratio.
You can go bigger, choose AVI or QuickTime output and specify a custom size... but it's probably an resize issue in your player.
When you export from Premiere, the new file should be available in your project to preview in Premiere. It should show the right size, and the project window should confirm it is the correct size.

thanks for the reply. If i were to choose a custom export size, would that make the footage cleaner when projected on a large(er) screen? 10'-15' maybe.
