P2 card not switching over?

I was outside at the local park this morning, shooting some footage, playing with the levels, and variable frame rates. I was shooting 720 PN. Had 2 4 gig P2 cards. Filled one up but the camera didn't switch over to the second card. Just kept saying the first one was full. I switched the cards out, and still no luck. I'm pretty sure both cards were formatted. Anyone else run into this?

Ive had some weird things happen like that myself, but i think it was because I popped a card out.. continued to shoot on the 2nd card and then stuck it back in... It actually seemed to be writing to both cards and then they would both show up as full at the end..

Also, if you are using the p2store to format, you have to press the p2 button and then the start to format...
