I have decided to buy one... Not the question is... Wait alittle bit for other crew to get new adaptor out, or already good, low price adaptor are available ?

Also, I am a Digital SLR guy, Canon style. So it would be for EOS compatible, and since I heard EOS lens are limited in some way, what other adaptor should I get ? Canon EF ?

Ofcourse I want to keep my HVX200 HD resolution as much as possible, and dont want to lose too much light, and still have a portable Camera ;) Ok I am asking alot...

Any help would be welcome.

I am a Canon guy as well..... main problem is no Aperture control on the lens manually.
I know you can trick the EOS but it seems like a waste of time.

Sad to have so many expensive lenses that will never get used.

The problem is it electronicly controled... I am sure the protocol is easy to do... Just no one decided to make an adaptor with connector to control it... EF lens are so cheap, I still want to beable to use my future canon 70-200mm f2.8 IS lens on it ;)

anyways....M2!

It is fairly lightweight, the cheapest of the bunch, produces some of the best images ive seen from all the others (cinemak, go35, etc) Plus it loses the least amount of light at only 1/2-1 stop, and is one of the only adapters (that I know of) with such a wide variety of lens mounts! Dont worry about losing resolution with the M2, many of the people who use the M2 with their HVX say that it actually looks to have more resolution. All and all, you cant go wrong!
