I should have my HVX200 by the end of April. May 6th is best (and that's how I voted), but I am planning to attend whatever date is selected.

I would say the 3rd. It is far enough away from NAB that I will have time to let that sook in. But it is also on a weekday. And I know for some people that dose not make any since. But if you look at hotel rooms on a middle of a week day after a big convention vs. any Saturday it is night and day. Instead of paying $200+ a nigh you can find one for $80 so that is something to think about.

Well, May 3rd is fine too if it's in the afternoon, I have class from 8:30 to 11:30 (usually 11:15 though :)).

Hey Jarred may I suggest not opening registration till right before NAB. This dose not affect me personally, I already have a hotel for NAB and will get one for this. But I could see how it could affect some finically. And by holding off for another 2 to 3 weeks, per say might help people get there finances in order. Just a suggestion, wouldn’t want someone who wanted to come not be able to make it because they have to pay for NAB right now and will not have the finances for another week or so. Just an idea.

I hear ya, its a good sug. but i dont think we will be selling out as fast this time so there should be seats open till the end, as LA is a little different because of just the concentration of members in the area.

What time then? I could ask my teacher about it tommorow, we're going to be watching "The Treasure Of The Sierra Madre" on May 3rd. I'll try to see if he can't just give me the notes ahead of time and I can just go rent/buy the movie later. If not, then I guess I'll be missing out on that one.:(
