Hi!I have a Panasonic DVX100A and I want to acheive the deep focus effect that is possible with 35mm lenses

I've also been told it's possible that I may be able to find an adapter which will enable me to use the lense which came with my digital SLR stills camera- The Nikon D70 - The lense is the NIKON DX AF-S NIKKOR 18-70mm lense ED

Is there such an adapter? And will the Nikon lense give me the results I am looking for? Anyone know what other options there are with regards to other lenses and adaptors for the job? If I can get ok results with my Nikon lense I'd be inclined to go with that as I am a poor student! But I don't want to lose alot of light as I've found that in 24p mode it already needs more light and I don't have money at the moment to start hiring HMIs etc- and I dont want to compromise on image quality if i can help it either-

I've seen a site called Redrock that may do an adaptor? Anyone got any info on them? Any good?

Any info will be greatly appreciated

Cheers

Nice site by the way guys!

Oh and I need a lense as wide as possible because I'll be in the passenger seat of a car filming the driver and I want to get his shoulders in if possible- Woulkd the the 18-70 Nikon lense increase the wideness over the standard DVX lense?

Cheers :)
