If I have a poor DV camera, and dump it's video (live) directly into the HVX video via the component cable, will the colorspace increase? No, I guess not. - But, if I connect something bigger, like an old 1/2 inch Broadcast camera, with a High8 recordning pice that has component out, and direct that feed into the HVX (not actually recording High), will the quality in theory become better than the HVX? If the broadcast camera is 700 lines, and the HVX is set at 720p, - what would happen? :p
