Since I´m trying to find the best editing solution for hd50 and hd100 in any mode recorded on P2, I would consider this to be of avail.
Reading through various posts, I´m getting more and more confused: is there a single editing app that can COMPLETELY handle both formats natively? FCP, Edius...?
I´m a PAL user, btw...
Time and workflow is my concern. Right now, I´d rather have a working HDV solution than a P2 "maybe".
And since I have seen great work done with EVERY sub 10K HD camera on the market, I have stopped having wet dreams about the HVX.
So a single postpro FAQ to check would be EXTREMLY helpful on deciding weather to go HDV or HVX for HD work.

Thanks,

- Spart

Guess I´m the only one concerned with this issue...

Have you looked at the Canopus forum? It would be a good place to read up.

Do you refer to the forum here at dvxuser?
Still, I´m not looking for a "walk this way" solution, but was hoping someone who knows could present ALL options available.
Or at least the most common ones: Avid, FCP, Premiere, Canopus, Liquid, Vegas

A sticky on NLE's is a great idea. It's the dark side of HVX right now.
