Hey,

What do I need to view these .mov files? I only get a white screen within a brower window only.

For the clips that show up as a white screen, that usually means they're DVCPRO-HD clips exported from a Mac. Those won't play on a PC unless you play them through Canopus Edius Broadcast, or perhaps through Avid XPress Pro HD.
