1080i60i cine v - strobing on a slow tilt?

Hello all-

I shot some stuff on our hvx at 1080i60i with cine v.
I am using raylight to re-wrap the video stream in an AVI.
however when i look at the resulting avi there is some bad strobing in the motion of the tilt.....
anyone have any ideas why this might be happening?
let me know if there is additional info that might help you deduce why this might be happening.
i have pretty much been able to eliminate fielding, scaling, and the raylight mxf->avi re-wrap as possible causes....
help or suggestions are appreciated.
