I'm currently working on a project that's 100% green screen. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what output module would be the best to use in my situation. All suggestions are welcomed.

Depends on what you're goign to do with it afterward.
If you do the full comp in AE you can output at DV to match your editor (if it is DV) but if there are multiple steps or you're going to do more processing in your editor then you may want to keep it in animation codec so there's no quality loss.
If you're editing in DV sequence then it (editor) will have to re-render unless it's DV format.
