P2 Card Viewer

I'm confused.

Where is the P2 card viewer? Is it a part of the installation CD that came with the HVX200? Because I inserted the CD, and installed the software, but the disk only installed the: P2 store manager, HDD maintenace, and P2 drive settings.

No P2 Viewer.

Is the viewer something that I have to download?

Two more questions:

1. I cant seem to find the sticker with the model# and serial# on my camera. I'm looking on the bottom but there's nothing. Should I look somewhere else?

2. I've downloaded the P2 viewer, however, playback of my clips is very, very choppy. Is this normal? (My computer is a 2.4ghz pentium 4 with 512mb ram).

1. Look under the viewfinder.

2. That's a pretty slow system by today's standards; you should probably be able to play back standard-def on that, but high-def will by choppy.
