4 Point Motion tracking

....i have no clue. I'm new to AE.

here are the details. I have 1 clip, and 1 photo of a poloroid template. I need the footage to be matched with the 4 inner points of the black area in the poloroid. The poloroid would transform from small to big and rotating.

Use the Motion Tracker and track to the four corners. You may have to refine it, but it shouldn't be too hard with this template.

brilliant. Makes me love AE even more. Now since the whole tracking is worth 10 seconds, any idea on how to freezeframe the footage until those 10 seconds are done with?

Just export a still from the first frame of the footage from you NLE and track that in. Pretty simple.
