Hey,

I have a radio station. I was just looking around and found this software to start your own station so go check it out.

You have to download the player here:
http://www.pirateradionetwork.com/

Bookmark that page.
Now click on "download player" near the top of the page. Download it and install the player.

Then go back to that page..you'll see Redbox Radio 33.74FM under "MIXED FORMAT"
Click on the radio station name and you'll be asked to open a file..it's a link to my broadcast. Once you click on it, it'll open the player and voila..you have my station. I've got about hour of stuff before it loops. Pretty fun. Anybody can do it and you can even talk between songs if you have a mic or something recorded.

Let me know if you can actually hear anything.
I will take requests. The playlist is just some stuff I threw together to try this thing out.

is this an online radio thing? or a ota radio?

That's cool. I guess it's similar to a Podcast except that it plays continuosuly and people can tune in at anytime during the broadcast.

Ya it's an online radio station. I had it down for awhile last night.
I'm working on putting it online as a websteam, but the quality sucks. It's better to download the player.

Kind of like podcasting..it's a bit easier because the software is there to mix your music with a live line to talk with. I wish Mac would come up with something like this to use with the IPOD.

Norm to cook ribs for us... (food)
The Banninator to protect us.....(defense)
Horsefilms to be bartender ... (leisure)
LArry can sing for the radio station..... (we can provide our own content)
I can make make more weird videos..... ( useless)
Movies...(nuff said)

All we need is living space......

and were a private community...
