Mino, that's very cool that you're doing that! Remember, you'll get a 1099 at the end of the year for every dollar they pay you, so you're actually donating out of pocket as well, because of the taxes you have to report on it! :)
For anyone using bluehost.com, they also have a similar referral thing (I think the same amount too, maybe a tad more?), so it's something that many of us could set up as well.
However, you're leading the charge, which says a lot about your character. Again, a good man.
