For the past three days my norton firewall is blocking all apple quicktime .mov files and pages. I have disable Norton to view or download.

Turn Norton firewall off and load up Zone Alarm. In exchange, you will be allowed access to MOV files but will have to suffer ten access question boxes to get there.
