Ive looked EVERYWHERE. They take a lot of commission, and your stuff is RARELY EVER sold. I mean, usually only 3-4 things have been bought, out of 500.

If your stuff is good enough you can write your own ticket. Just because they give you a 60/40 deal doesn't mean you can't negotiate a 50/50 deal.
