Project Settings?

Hey all. I just got FCP 5. I'm trying to edit standard-def. video with it, but I don't know how to change to project settings so the viewer will not be widescreen. Any help on changed the project settings would be awesome. THX.

Go under Sequence > Sequence Stettings> and in there make sure you don't have the anamorphic 16:9 Box Checked
