but i wish to capture footage from my dvx100a set to f6. What settings should i use for capturing, is there a default one or do i have to customize and if so how? also if anyone can help me im looking to shoot a feature and i know everything depends but what are good settings to have my camera set to like on moderatly sunny day and one thats over cast like what fstop and stuff any info or sugesstions because the way im doing it i get like interlace lines but the screen doesnt shake i just get the jaggies and everything seems to jitter across the screen.

so then what should i set like the timeline too i mean im not having to render but im getting those black interlace lines and its all looks jittery when i pan and im panning real slow

thanx i really apreciate it but what about what setting to have the camera in?
