Canopus Edius 3 Training Videos

After messing around with the Edius demo, and admittingly being completely lost, I decided to search out some training videos, or maybe a training book. I found that the Canopus site itself has several free (downloadable) training videos for Edius. This cleared up several of my questions, and definetly let me understand the workflow better.
