while watching The Island tonight. The main chase scene was sooooo long, and loud, and flashy...and loud, and I'm watching it in the dark...when the movie is over, I realize lights are still flashing all over my walls. I look out my window and there is a HUGE car crash about 30 feet from my bedroom window! I *thought* I heard something during all the stuff going on in the movie but just figured it was the movie.

hahahaha!!!!!! There's a couple cop cars, two tow trucks, and a crowd of people out there. heh!

Tell me about it!!!! I was in Springfield today, me...a solitary white cracker woman, snapping pictures of a friend's house over in historic Springfield for possible location. She wasnt home, but I had her permission to come by and take some pics. So I'm out there with my Sony Cybershot, and all her neighbors are starting to come outside on their porches, watching me. Its a dead end street. I took a bunch of pics and handed the camera to my daughter to see the shots, and this HUGE black Escalade pulls up in front of the house across the street. I hear the driver's side open and close, the man across the street is talking to the driver, and then the dirver comes around to the passenger side. He was a little black midget man!

And HELL NO, I didnt take no freakin picure! You know, in Springfield, you get in and get out. And I was there taking pictures of someone's house! heh!!!

Having seen "The Island", I imagine the car crash was a much more compelling story. :)

No kidding....

And for the last, "you're not gonna believe this"....

I got a bill from a collection agency for $1,500. It was a credit card my daughter's father had before he was killed. They are saying the last payment on record was in June of 1994!!!! I have no idea who these people are or how my name is involved in the credit card at all. And its not like I can pick up the phone and call Ricky to ask him about it. :furious3: I dont owe anybody for anything. I dont even have a car payment, for crying out loud! I'm a cash and carry kind of girl. I hate credit cards, paying interest, etc.... So I will have to figure out this one at some point.

poo poo! :furious3:

Terri! I am not going to be surprised when you say you won the lotto tonight. You're most definitely on a streak of strange luck and odd happenings

Well, as far as I am aware anything that is more than 6 years old is thrown away (and that's legal, here in England anyways) so wtf have they decided to contact you now?

Personally, I think it must be an 'April Fools' arrived early. I hope, for your sake, it's true.

you have a coupla choices.

1) Ignore them.
2) Ring them (if there is a number) and explain your predicament.

3) I have no idea, although I'm sure the rest of dvx can come up with something.

Personally I would ignore them. After all, you could've move since then.

oooo

4) Explain that you have no idea who the 'addressee' is and have no way of contacting them.

I got my lotto numbers right here, but I dunno what time the drawing is for tonight. My head is pounding from the stress today and I'm not long for bed. I have the lotto page up and will check it right before I go to sleep. :)
