Incredible Service from Steadicam

I have an issue with the steadicam merlin. What Im getting is a slight vibration when swapping out to the tripod plate. On the merlin there is a g-plazt to prevent this, the vibration on the tripod comes through the dovetail, its minor, but annoying when your client wants the best. Flying is a non issue, just excellent.

I sent an email to tiffen yesterday, this morning I have a reply from Garret Brown himself with a contact number to speak with him and resolve it.
