I have a short film idea, that if it turns out, is going to be needing some work done in AE. I am going to have some green screening done, along with the speeding up and slowing down of time almost Matrix style. Anyone out there interested in possibly helping out?
when you have a problem just post it here, everyone will help!
keying, and slow and fast mo. is not so hard! it can be done in premiere too.

Yeah, I know it can but I'm just wondering about time constraints and having it turn out crappy. It would just be nice to have someone that is dedicated to fixing that while I can concentrate on other stuff you know? I have no one else in my town to try and collaberate on anything with, lol.
I'll let you know when I have some issues.

Vancouver has like 3 schools with VFX programs... might want to shake that tree as well.

Find a person who is good at compositing. You'll need someone who can dedicate alot of time cleaning up matts. College students are a good way to start.
Make sure you have AE 6.5 PRO or higher, It comes with a compositing plugin that will greatly speed up your process in the Extras on the cd.

Hi Matt,
I might be able to assist you. I've done quite a bit of editing with greenscreen and depending on my other projects, I might be able to provide some labor towards the work. I have to agree with Demistate on a college student - sorry graduated years ago...uh..make that over a decade ago :).
I've yet to play around with time remapping, but should be able to handle it. Use keylight quite a bit. The software I would use is AE7 - I have the complete video production studio.

I know what you mean about no one in your town to collab with. That is a huge problem where I live here in Purgatory. If you need some small 3D or something let me know. I don't have a lot of free time but I can do something in my spare.
