Magic Bullet Error (can't find Presets)

I installed Magic Bullet for Adobe Premier Pro 1.5 on my hard drive (non-Mac)
and I'm following the video tutorial. I can't find these Magic Bullet Presets. I'm in the Effects tab and I see the Magic Bullet tab under Video Effects. Inside there are the standard items and the Looksuite Plugin, but no presents and I can't seem to fidn them anywhere.

They are in the Plugins/Effect Presets folder as a .prfpset file, but how do I open that in Adobe Premiere?

There should be a seperate folder called Presets or somesuch. Just like presets for transitions and some audio effects that you had when you bought PPro, you should now have a folder with MB presets.
