Any suggestions on exporting footage? Should I use 10 bit or 8 bit uncompressed when Im exporting my footage to edit in After effects?

I usually export in the Animation Quicktime codec at Best Quality. I've found this to be the best for my vfx work. I guess you could use 10bit, but I don't think it gives much more latitude.
