Primatte 3.0 Problem

Does anyone here use Primatte 3? I'm having a problem with it and can't seem to find an answer.

After I've removed the blue/green, I go to matte view the whole screen goes white. It's very odd. I used the demo version perfectly, so I purchased this version and it's all out of whack.

I believe so. Here are the steps that I take:

Click select BG button.
Click Eyedropper.
Click blue/green background>background disappears.

Then
View>Matte
Click the clean FG button.

At that point, the screen goes white.

dumb question maybe, but is your composition background color set to white? If so, you are seeing your mask on a white background which would look all white.

Or, if you have a layer beneath it, is that shown through the keyed space at any point?

Thank you all that replied. I figured out what I was doing wrong. In the workflow, once you click on the select bg button, don't click the eyedropper. Just click select bg and highlight your background on the frame.

My mistake.
