Here is a test of the H1 in SD shot in 24f

The footage in terms of motion looked exactly like the XL2 I was shooting on the side, but decided not to use the xl2 footage because the coloring looked different since there is no way to set up the settings to match identitcally. Also the white balance was very hard to match since it was set by eye becasue of the amazing capabilites of white balance settings on the H1.
The only thing I noticed diffrent from the 24f to the 24p was that the 24f grabs seemed a little soft (it is possible it was simply an out of focus issue but i would have to do more tests to be sure)
