I've purchased a couple of templates (templatehome.com, etc.), thinking they'd be pretty easy to rework & now I just want to kick myself.

For example, everything in the FLASH library is referring to PNG images that are no longer there, so I can't just edit the PNG images. It does come with the original PSD files, but I can't figure out how to replace all the FLASH library objects with the edited PSD files.

Think I just wasted a couple hundred dollars down the drain. The whole reason I wanted the templates is because from a design stand point they FAR exceed anything I can do, but they're worthless if I can't get them to look/act the way I want them to.

Anyone looking for a template to buy? :) Or, know of some easy tutorials to walk through editing these things?

I found it to be more of a starting point than something you can just drop your info/images into. I only spent $60. The photoshop file was 150 layers with no names on the layers other than "text" "object" and if I had followed their directions I would have been more frustrated and given up! The customer support is an actual person but they must, just have a list of 20 answers and just pick one and repeat.. oh and stick with it!

can you just export the image from photoshop and then link the flash file to the new image?
