Panasonic AG-DVX100A OR Sony PD170

IM really debating this and there both around the 3grand + range i really like the PD170 and its better in low light but the panasonics 24fps is rediculous...

If anyone could share comparison clips or videos they have done im really leaning twards the DVX, but spending 3 grand i want to make sure.

I have used many sonys in the past i really like the low light compared to panasonic and canon... Pluss i have larger sony batterys and exc... that i can use with the pd170...

Also I have purchased from B&H before and there great, but as we all know they are a little expensive. There are cheaper sites that I do not trust, does anyone have any recomandations and were they got there camrea. Comments and concerns
