I used photoshop to make some simple menus for a DVD I authored using DVD Studio Pro. I pulled the .psd files directly into DVDSP. But when I watched it on the computer- the screen/text is really jittery...? Advice anyone???

To solve the jitter issue, I did two things 1) increase the resolution of the .psd files. (I had it set at 72dpi and increased it to 150dpi. 2) Then I put a .5 radius gaussian blur over the entire screen. This eliminated the jitter entirely.

Nice solution- was the jitter visable on the TV as well, or just on the computer screen?

72 dpi is the resolution you should be working with. If you were getting a flicker, it could be the result of using colors outside the broadcast safe level, or because the tv was paused on a particularly motion filled section of interlaced footage.
Make sure all you colors stay between 16-235 and you will be fine.
