i'm beginner. i have a quest about after effects.
how i can pass a DV movie captured in 30 fps to 24 fps, and after pass it to 30 fps again, with the slowdown (24fps).
i tried second this tutorial:
http://www.ayatoweb.com/ae_lab/lab14.html
but it couldn't complete all frames (with fields), like the sample.
Somebody knows??
I think the composition options should be 24fps, and the export options 30fps
but I am really not sure...

The link you posted was not much help, since it was in a different language.
BUT, it sounds like you are wanting to do the slowdown Barry Green talks about in the DVX book. Basically, you open a 24 fps timeline and insert a 30 fps file into it. THen, when you adjust the file so it is playing at 24, you have increased the time it plays and basically "slowed" it down.
Think of it this way: In one second, instead of playing at its normal 30, you are forcing it to play at 24. That leaves 6 frames less in that second which means the clip (or rather each individual frame) is playing longer. instead of each frame taking up on 1/30th of a second, each only takes 1/24th of a second, and since each frame lasts longer, the whole clip plays longer.
You could always do a time stretch in After Effects and enable frame blending as well.
At least, that is how it seems to me, but my I play the tuba, so what do I know.
