Hey for any of you guys who can appreciate 3D design... and haven't see the Nalu demo... you should check it out. A couple of us talked about this stuff over a year ago (this demo is about 1.5 years old now)... and if you have a 6800 or faster card you can run it.

I thought the XBox was going to be better then this... but it isn't even this good.

Most people have seen these images in Nvidia logos, but I don't think everybody realizes that the demo is full motion interactive... every single aspect of the demo can be modified in real time... even the wave surface patterns moving over her... or the light rays coming through individual hairs... you can be so far away that she is tiny on the screen... or so close that you can see the most intricate skin texture.

This should be old news... but I'll bet some of you haven't seen it or didn't realize just how amazing it really is.

Sorry to be picky, but you can still tell it is fake. I am yet to see CGI that looks completely real. It is hard to tell what it is that is wrong though... it just is.

Pretty amazing work all the same!:)
