Hey guys, I was searching "skateboard dolly" on Google Images just for the hell of it and I noticed these pictures of a kind of lazy susan dolly. It's an odd coincidence that these are photos from the production of Crossover. A friend and I stopped by the set one day to talk to one of the cinematographers (the man with grey hair in the black shirt and khaki shorts). It was neat to see how this "indie" film was run (with a $5 million+ budget). They shot it here in Detroit (these pictures are from the abandoned Train Depot that was also used for The Island).

Anyway I just thought it was funny that the first picture I clicked on was from a set that I had visited. I posted this in the DIY forum because there was a thread not too long ago where someone had suggested using a lazy susan with castors as a dolly. I just wanted to post these pics to show that something like it is really out there being used by the pros.

Take care,

-T
