Ok, it will be the first time I will be participating in this Festival so please help me if you can.
1 - where is the place where I can upload my movie ? ( I will probably upload it in the end of January )
2 - Can I use Classical Music Like Beethoven ? ( cond. by Otto Kemplerer for example )
3 - the address for sending the dvd ? ( I will send it from Brazil so it will take a while to get there, is it ok? )
Thanks a lot

Hasn't been designated yet, though when it is, I wouldn't be surprised if it's located at www.sci-fest.com When Jarred/Barry_S do post it, it'll likely be a sticky at the top of this forum section, so it'd be hard to miss. Look for it by the last few days of January.
You can use classical music written by Bethoven, and other greats, as they're now public domain due to how old the compositions are, however, you have to have the license (sync, master, mechanical, etc.) from the actual orchestra, symphony, etc. that PLAYED the piece you're using. Another alternative would be to check out some of the local colleges or other musical groups in your area to see if they'd be interested in performing specically for you to use. They may have fun doing it, and would look forward to the film credit/exposure, and you could get it for little to no cost perhaps.
Has not been established yet. Since I believe the DVD's will be doing direct to Jarred, like last time, look for a LA address to show up, again probably as a sticky. Keep looking to the Sci-Fest page every few days, as well as the stickies at the top of this forum section, and you should have all your answers. DVD content won't be due for submission until the first half of February, from what I've heard Barry_S mention.
Hope this helps.

As far as classical music goes...there are a lot of free-to-use MIDI implementations of different pieces.
It still takes some work to rearrange/rescore the MIDI (since most of them suck, tonaly), but you can wind up with your own version of almost anything, so no need for Otto Klemperer. Or even Werner Klemperer.
