I had maybe (I'm praying) a suggestion for Jim. Why not make 2 camera's??

Why not make the RED camera and maybe a MiniDVRed camera??

Why not continue to make the RED camera and also design a camera along more simpler lines for those of us who struggled just to get our DVX's??

Sub-$5000 Price Range

I think the 35mm CCD alone and all the onboard processing power that entails will push a camera beyond the $5000 price range, but who knows.

I meant normal 3ccd's but with an adapter built onto the camera.........

It also must have native 16:9. I would pay good money for this camera. The 35mm adapter could be removable as well.
