New Photo site

Here is a site I made that I'm looking for feedback on, its mostly digitally manipulated (think fine-artsy-fartsy stuff), selected alaskan landscape pictures and a series of pictures of street trash that I've taken... tell me what you think about the pictures and the site design/navigation. I used a canon powershot S50, some pictures I used the raw setting and manual irius/exposure/speed settings.

I like some of the images a lot -- my fave is the one of the kid walking on the road and fading away as he walks.

I also like your overall design aesthetic for the site.

Bringing up a new window for each section seems awkward to me -- just the part of having to close a window to get back to the navigation buttons. Have you tried using frames so that you can navigate to any section at any time?

Thanks for your feedback.. I could probably just change all of the nav bar's to have access to each section (probably something along the top.)
