I searched the threads and couldn't find the pic where someone glued a nikon D screen in a filter ring. Is that the only way or would you suggest something else. Same goes for the beattie screen.

Go over and search on dvxinfo.net, they have lots of threads on that one.

It's prolly a 52mm and it should fit well.

the screen that the nikon is in, is it plastic or metal? I know a guy that can weld and wondering if that should work aslo, if not super glue looks like it will work.
also, i don't want to make a new thread but wax gg has come to my attention as well. I see all the tutorials on how to make wax gg and it seems a little difficult seeing how bubbles are a common issue and making it too thin or too thin. what about cutting it out exactlty the way you want it? take a glass cutter, cut your diamater then slice it to the thickness you want? does anyone think that will work?

I think you could also JB Weld it if it is possible.
