HVX200 is not going to be available in EUROPE during the next two months for sure and before that I started to collect the accessories like a matte box, fluid head, tripod, 35mm adapter (m2 micro 35 that is finally shipped) and external monitor. About a bigger on the cam external monitor I had chosen Panasonic 7" TC-7WMS1 and placed the order November 16, 2005, payed in advance and wait. Finally today I have got it. BUT IT WAS FAULTY TFT LCD WITH DEAD PIXELS and you can see it on the two pictures below. Also I could not believe it, I trusted Panasonic and the product that originally is MADE IN JAPAN. Scheiz...It happens. Than I was reminding me on dead pixels of my JVC GR-PD1 two years ago that were driving me crazy at the beginning of this low-cost HD mad race. That's all folks. I am piss...Just that you all know and be careful with Pa...

But the real question is: WHAT IS THE "REAL" CCD RESOLUTION OF THE PHOTO YOU TOOK
Don't keep it hidden!

I do not understand your question. These photos with LCD and dead pixels were made on my desktop especially for the presentation purpose that I am going to show tomorrow in the reseller shop and the movie on the picture 1 is Manderlay trailer running from iPod. But it does not matter. Dead pixel appeared immediately when I switched power on the LCD even before I connected to the cam (I am still with FX1 now). So what should be your question or it is about a JOKE. Anyway tomorrow I am bringing back the LCD to the reseller.

All this time I thought they went to pixel heaven... instead of LCD purgatory.
I would never have mourned the death of a pixel before, but NOW I'm going to look into some pixel funeral planning. So far I've been lucky and I had no idea what dead pixel looked like... but now that I see it can look like Predator is hunting your actors I'm scared.
