if you look on the left side there is a really small line, just seeing why its doing that, outdoors it is perfectly fine but sometimes indoors it does this. It mainly does it when its really grainy, lowlight(dark)

Why are you filming in these extremely nasty conditions, its bothorsome but I dont think a big problem since you shouldnt be filming in light like that.

Yea I was just curious its not like I film in those kind of conditions. I was seeing how come it shows up when its really grainy and dark.

I figure maybe someone on here might know. I will leave it up for another day.

I'd almost be currious to know the answer to that.

Now... is it possible that it is still there in well lit environments, just maybe it's hard to see it then?

And now for something completely diff... a while ago my camera out of the blue my camera started giving me horizontal discolourized bands... I was starting to get worried I did something to it, turns out it must have been something to do with the shutter speed I was using, in combination with the fluorescent lights used in this one room, cause when I adjusted the shutter speed, the bands went away. Just thought it was interesting.

Pixel dump (not sure if that's the correct terminology) not working on one vertical row of pixels.

what causes this? And is there a way to fix it? or does it go back to normal naturally?

Not sure if it can be fixed but it should go back to normal when your lighting conditions return to "normal". You're pushing the CCD's to an extreme when trying to shoot in little or "no" light.

Slightly off topic, but it looks like there is a lot of barrel distortion in the shot, are you using a fisheye or someother attachment on the lens, and if so which one.

What are your trying, to catch a thief? Just not used to seeing light that low for shoots. No but for real though, I think it's an interesting experiment. Though I have no answers. :undecided
