John and I want to bring to the table an option. We need your opinions. Shall we have credits in our films for this months (May) film fest?
The only problems with credits is you lose the anonymity of the whole thing. I personally have no problem with credits being included. ???

Yeah we should figure this one out and for future months. I hope we can nail down a standard format for future reference. But if they are suppossed to be ANONYMOUS then one would have to remove any FILMED BY titles.
Anyone?

I vote no credits until after the votes are in. This gives everyone a fair chance, nomatter what their reputation on the board.
I remember from way back when there was a member called "Milkprod" that everyone despised to a great degree... And probably, if everyone saw her name, they most likely wouldnt vote for her.... but hell, if she can make a good short, then she should win.
What do you all think?

If you've already shot & submitted something for this contest, oh well... but for future contests, anonymity seems the best way to go, doesn't it?

Just finished a short for a local film contest I had to turn in two versions one with no credits front or back, Could only have the title. They will show the one with credits at the awards show.

It would sort of defeat the purpose of doing everything else anonymously if you had credits on it. I vote for no credits.
Having no credits is only right. It lets us vote on the actual best short opposed to the best person.
