Since there have been so many hurricanes in a row this year:
A person with a camera (video or still) shoots something he/she shouldn´t, turning his/her life into a bad storm.

I think this is pretty concrete, don´t you?

Too specific? No, it's plenty vague. You could do a spy thing, you could do a voyeur thing, you could do a "his flash sets off some dynamite" thing... there's lots that could be done with it...
