hey, i posted this already in the marketplace but i think more photographers would see it here (as i just found out that this sub-forum even existed):
FS: Canon 300D Digital Rebel Package (In Canada, but still available to USA)
If you want to get into digital photography then this is the package for you. It comes with the following items:
-Canon 300D body
-Sigma 28-200mm zoom lense (perfect walk around lens)
-Canon BG-E1 battery grip
-3 batteries (1 oem, 2 non)
-512 CF card
I bought this package off the Fred Miranda buy and sell forum a couple weeks ago to use the body as a backup and then give the grip and extras as gifts for Christmas. Well it turns out the package didn't make it in time for Christmas so now I am stuck with this full setup! Reevaluating the situation I would just rather sell it all as a package and not have a spare body. So it's going back up for sale. I am looking to get exactly what I paid for it (which was $650 USD) since I haven't even received the package yet and therefore have not used any of the equipment. Actually I really paid closer to $700 USD for it all after paypal fees and shipping - not to mention any of the taxes I will be hit with upon arrival of the goods. That will be another 15% of the total declared value. Buyer pays actual shipping costs no more (add 3% if you would like to pay via paypal). So if anyone in Canada is seeing this, jump on it; you know how hard it is to find gear up north without being taxed! And hey if you don't live in Canada then you don't get taxed anyway so it's still a good deal.
I know this is a DVX board but thought that a lot of you guys have an interest in photography so i might as well try my luck here and see if i get any bites.
I have purchased my DVX here but have never sold anything on this board. I do however have 100% feedback on ebay under the username jimn1945 and have sold items reliably under that user name! Thanks!
