Few months ago I put a link here with a trailer to my action flick "News channel". Even John_Hudson said it was nice! :) So I'm putting now a link to a full version...

//WMV9 ~107MB

Some information:

Duration: 23 minutes
Camcorder: Canon XL1s
shot in 2 days (christmas of 2004)
edited during my free "night hours" in 2005
budget: 220PLN ($70) - including pizza
framegrabs: http://www.navitasstudios.com/photos/xl2/06.htm
trailer: http://www.didasko.pl/nc9.avi (WMV9, ~9MB) - right click and "save as..."

Because this film was made just for fun it is filled with copywrited music. I'm very sorry for that but since I'm making no profit (dvd, festivals, etc.) out of that I figured why not...

//Mac users will have to wait a day, for me to figure out, how to make a decent clip in .mov :)

From watching part of your clip (sorry, i cannot sit and watch a 22 minute movie on pc), I thought you had an interesting way of arranging it. The beginning of it had sort of a "day after tommorrow" or "Left behind" feel. You angles were pretty good, but I noticed that the camera seemed a bit shaky a lot of the time. Did you use tripod/crane/dolly? As far as copyright music goes, you can still be infringing unless it is student film (fair use for educational purpose) and even then you cannot use outside of class. No matter b/c it is unlikely you will be found out.

Good luck to you.
