Heres a little demo pitch i put together. The idea is that the talent gives a testimonial and its video illustrated on the 9 large screens along with some killer special FX like I have a silhouette of someone walking to the big screens and he will touch the one in the middle to start the whole thing off.
Any comment or ideas are welcome.

A "little" demo pitch? That download was 64MB for a 1-minute clip. Try compressing your videos, 'hinting' them, and embeding them into a web page. You'll find that they'll load right away and image quality can be very good sometimes.
That aside, I enjoyed your FX work. Very creative and well done. The picture looks bright and polished. So does the Pany footage. If I remember, I'll encode something I did, last year, that is very similar.

And also, to whoever posting quicktimes on the web, make them Fast Start enabled!! I can't stress this enough. If viewers can see beginning of your clip while the rest is downloading, they might be interested enough to wait for it to finish.

I do'nt know the exact definition of "hinting" but I know you need to enable this if you want your clip to be streamed. But just fast start is enough

It depends what your encoding with. I use Sorenson Squeeze which applies the Sorenson Video 3 codec. There's no fast start option, but hinting (I think) is the same thing. It starts sending the video to the view while it's downloading it. You still need to embed the video into an .HTML file to get it to you this.
Good luck!

When your ready to encode, try these settings in Sorenson:
Video data rate: 256
Frame Rate 1:1
Size: 240x180
Audio set to MP3, 22 Mono, 80k
Check the 'Hinting Box'
I use that all the time and they look great. I know it's small, so if you want to go higher, up the video data rate.
