the deadline of Jan 31... does that mean the DVD must be at your door at that date?
or can it be postmarked and arrive there after?
Sorry if this has been asked before, but i'm in a rush!
Where do we send the dvd and upload submissions?

The 31st, I believe, is only for the online submission ... the DVD will likely be do within a week or two after that. Which THAT deadline will probably be that it has to be at their door by that date, as they've got to get working on laying everything out, authoring, etc.
No instructions yet that I've seen, but I'm sure we'll be sending the DVD's to the Blaine, WA address ... unless Jarred's already moved to Los Angeles by then.

The deadline for the DVD AVI/MOV file is currently February 14. The web version needs to be submitted by Jan 31. Stay tuned for more details.
