I was wodering if anyone here knew a little more about this digital effect in many of the Sony cameras. It's called "FLASH" or "Flash Motion". I've been looking online all over for information but cant find anything.
Everyone that has a Sony cam probably knows what I'm talking about. I'ts basically a 'digital effect' that mimics changing framerates. At full effect it makes everything look like its recording at 2 frames per sec. At minimum (one litte bar) it looks very very similar to 30fps (I think). The closest thing to 24p that I can achieve.
What I wanna know is WHAT is the exact FPS when you have it at this minimum setting (I swear it looks like 24fps). Like a 'frame mode'.
I think its 30fps. I think. 30fps interlaced maybe. Though to mee it looks very 24p'ish.
Anyone care to shed some light with this. What is the FPS that I see when I put this digital effect on minimum.
help! and thanks in advance.
